ADULT PROGRAM
Fitness:
Getting the body into active motion, developing muscular system, improving the cardiovascular system, improving flexibility, tone the body (firmness). Applying arm/leg techniques with rubber bands, light weights and various equipment.
Katas:
Karate grammar: sequences of techniques simulating fighting postures. Improving coordination, motor skills, posture, balance, tonicity, intensity and breathing.
Bunkaïs:
Karate vocabulary: applying kata techniques (grammar) in pairs. Implementing in order to understand.
Kihons and randoris:
Implementing controlled fighting techniques, solo or in pairs.
Aïkido and self-defence:
Achieving bunkaï techniques efficiency (in the event of an actual attack) through control, flexibility and circularity.
Kobudo:
Handling traditional weapons to improve and understand long-standing karate grammar and vocabulary and to make it accessible to today’s reality 2.0 (modernity). Weapons used: bo, jo,
nunchakus, tonfas, saïs, bokken (katana), etc.
